Access using a secure portal on your website OR using a short code text message with your own custom keyword, allows your subscribers to enroll quickly and easily. Options to select preferred areas of interest, communication method and notification timing provides your subscribers with a customized engagement experience. Subscribers can benefit from setting and managing their own personal occasion alerts as well. Alert2Know includes an email marketing module that allows you to build your list by reaching out to your existing email list of customers and prospects.
Embedding the login screen into your web site allows you full control over the look and feel presented to your users. Logos and images within the portal are all unique to your organization. A portal administrator panel makes it easy to modify these elements and review or manage your subscribers at any time.
Default wording for disclaimers, logins and help may be customized where desired. Options for subscriber selections of your activities, events and/or product categories are defined by your organization. The options for notification frequency are also set and managed by your portal administrator. Alert2Know offers a standard alert/notification message format or you may use your own custom message designs in prepared in either HTML or plain text format.
Subscribers opt-in for alert notifications, unique to their preferences and interests in the categories of events, activities and products/services you offer. Subscriber communication is then limited to only the categories they choose. An option to subscribe by text messaging, using a keyword to a short code (313131 in United States and 393939 in Canada), is also available.
Communication with your subscribers is flexible by offering them the choice of email, text message (SMS) or both. Users can choose their alert/notification timeframes from options you offer such as day of, day before, week before and deadline date alerts. Time zone settings ensure that text messaging is delivered within acceptable waking hours.
Any type of upcoming event, activity or promotion can be scheduled through the portal administration area. These can be entered individually or imported from a CSV file for multiple entries. Recurring events for any desired time frame are supported. Events and promotions can have a deadline date to ensure your subscribers don't miss out.
Each event or promotion can have its own unique email and text message templates. HTML or plain text formats are supported for email and these can be created using an online template gallery and editor provided for use by your portal administrator. Using both email and text messaging (SMS) broadens your reach by accommodating the preferences of your audience.
As an added bonus and to keep them engaged, we include a personal notification management module within your portal. This allows subscribers to add their own upcoming reminders for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.
