Alert2Know communicates to your audience based upon their specific interests combined with their communication method (email and/or text message) and notification timing preferences. There is also an option to enroll in your subscription using a short code text message to 313131 (USA) or 393939 (Canada) along with custom keywords unique to your organization. On the other hand, email marketing is communication you send based upon the information you want to deliver at the time you decide to send it.

Alert2Know can be used on its own to send targeted messages to your audience but it can also compliment the use of your existing email marketing initiatives. Alert2Know includes offers an Email Marketing module that you can use to send tracked campaigns and encourage enrollment to your engagement marketing solution. Advanced tracking features, including contact specific web page visitor details, makes this a comprehensive digital marketing solution.

Alert2Know allows you to use up to 20 categories to breakdown the type of information your subscribers opt-in for. The number of categories is determined by your organization. There is no limit on the number of events/activities that can be scheduled associated with these categories and there are no limits on the number of email or text message recipients.

Subscribers to your notification system can schedule their own special events such as birthdays and anniversaries and then receive reminders by email and/or text message based upon their preferences. This module is included with your system and provides an additional level of engagement with your audience.

Adding the Alert2Know solution simply involves embedding a reference to your unique portal login screen anywhere you would like it to appear on your web site. Typically this is done using an iframe. Wording, images and other elements unique to your organization can be added to the login screen to fully brand it as your own.

Alert2Know is priced based upon the number of subscribers you have enrolled. There is no cost for your first 100 subscribers or the first 90 days, whichever comes first. Depending upon the level of total enrollment, the cost ranges from $1-$2 per subscriber per year. A nominal charge for short code text message subscription to your organization list applies if this option is offered to your subscribers.

Typically subscriber lists are built from links on your web site, social media and through print or digital marketing. We provide an option, at no charge to your organization, to prepare and send email marketing campaigns to your existing customer and prospect lists to make them aware of your alert notification subscription offering. You can provide us a file (Excel or CSV) of your list and we take care of the rest. Reporting of tracked response (open, click, unsubscribe) to these mailings is provided to as part of this service. If you prefer to use your own email marketing platform (i.e. Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.), Alert2Know can provide you with HTML templates that your organization can use to publicize and encourage participation in your subscription offering.
